I don't have 250k spare, but I do understand the need to feel completely relaxed in your creative workspace. North London has been my base for 25 years but sirens and growing crankily sensitive to urban noise have driven me out into the green, where I will be interrupted only by birdsong, tractors, and the sound of revving Ferraris. Why spend money on someone else’s studio when you can rent a place like this (link) and turn it into your studio?
